This is Marina (from the US), It was my first trip to Cuba and we wanted to be near enough to Havana that we could spend a couple days exploring the city and the rest of the time relaxing on the beach. Villa Mayada was the perfect house for both! The house was incredible with beach access, a pool, and spacious living quarters. The staff was even more incredible and ready to help you with your every need! I highly recommend starting your day off right with ordering breakfast every morning from Yani (the house maid and cook). She makes the most delicious breakfast and serves it to you outside where you can hear the waves crashing. We also had a dinner cooked by her which was so delicious!!

Ada’s place was very clean and centrally located. It was much nicer than almost any other apartments we saw listed, and was an easy walk to most locations in Central Havana and Old Havana. The staff was attentive and made excellent meals and breakfasts (not to be missed). The rooms were clean and spacious, and always felt safe. It was a very enjoyable stay in Havana at Ada’s Mayada Cityapart.

Dear Ada, I cannot thank you enough for all the support you and your team provided me during the hurricane, your team went beyond any expectations, there is no 5 stars to rate, only great human beings doing the best to make my staying so welcome. Thank you so much for providing shelter during the hurricane and to always checking if I was ok. Thank you to Yanale, Karel, Pedro, Villa and the rest of the staff. They were wonderful true heroes, unbelievable human beings. I pray for you to get your places affected by the hurricane up and running soon. This is THE BEST Airbnb in Havana. It has to be. Everyone who came to visit us was completely shocked at how nicely decorated it was. We were greeted with cool towels and cocktails. I travelled with a large group 10-15 people. Our first night Ada organized a beautiful rooftop dinner complete with 4 courses, a singer and a guitar player. The view was stunning. It set such a beautiful tone for our trip. Yanela is a brilliant cook. The food was so good. We stopped going out to restaurants because her cooking was not matched. The only complaint that I have is that unless I stay with Ada again, this experience will not be topped

What a beautifully inviting and thoughtful team to welcome you into this home: from a warm greeting with warm towels and offers to help with reservations at the best restaurants to options for having a freshly-prepared Cuban breakfast each morning — there was nothing that we felt was lacking in our three-day stay at Ada’s home in Old Havana. If there was ever any concern about an issue, it was instantly resolved; and we cannot say enough kind words about both Emely and Yanela, who took care of us as though we were family.

Ada’s place was amazing. She was there every step of the way to help us. Ada arranged complete full day tours and made dinner reservations for my birthday. We would all have been completely lost if it wasn’t for her and her staff’s hospitality. The house was BEAUTIFUL!!! The location was perfect with lots of places close to walk and restaurants and bars that are close as well. If I were to ever go back to Cuba, I would love to stay at Ada’s house again.
