Yanela like the challange, she is experiences in cooking for international guest, she make her own interpretation of cuban food with a good taste for food presentation. A regular meal include Starter, Season Salad, Main course meat to be chosen (chicken,pork, beef, lamb), Side dish with rice and fresh season vegetable, Dessert. Fresh Fish, Lobster, Shrimps should be ordered in advance.

The Exclusive Personal Assistant (EPA) service should be booked in advance; your EPA will organize all necessary details for your preferred stay. Your EPA will be on your duty from 8 am–12:00 pm, the service time can be extended according to customers need. You only have to ring the bell placed in the kitchen and your EPA will come to take care of any request. Your Exclusive Personal Assistant will take care of:
